Software Developers Required - National Commission for Human Development - Islamabad

National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) was established by the Government of Pakistan as a Federal Statutory Body. It is an autonomous body set up to promote human development. NCHD is involved in enhancing the Human Development Indicators in Pakistan. The mission of the NCHD is to promote Human Development by supporting Government Line departments, Non-Governmental Organizations and elected officials at the district level in primary education, literacy and provision of basic healthcare services. The goal of the Commission is to fill the implementation gaps and improve public sector delivery mechanisms to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDG).

Software Developers: 

Positions (2), 
Head Office Islamabad

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct System analyse, prepare design and documentation for information systems at every level.
  • In-house development of software for different information systems.
  • Software quality assurance and testing.
  • Software implementation and training of staff on developed software.
  • To coordinate and provide support to the district offices regarding software and data related issues.
  • Update systems and IDEs with latest patches and services packs.
An ideal candidate should preferably be Masters in Computer Sciences with minimum of 4 years of experience in OCP (Developer Track), Oracle Developer (forms, reports, PL/SQL), system analysis and design. The candidate should have complete knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
