Our client, a Middle East commercial bank is looking for an Organization and Methods Manager to join their dynamic team in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review operations and recommend solutions to improve as well as expedite the decision-making process.
- Conduct special studies of work methods, work flows, office layout etc. in order to rationalize them for improved efficiency.
- Keeping abreast of innovative advancements made by competing banks with a view to maintaining the competitive edge in the market.
- Review the existing credit and operations systems and procedures as well as develop a model manual for each work process for all banking functions.
- Study the effectiveness of important systems viz, operational control systems, communication systems and recommend strengthening and corrective measures.
- MBA or University degree in Behavioral Science & Statistics.
- At least 10 - 15 years of similar hardcore banking experience.
- Highly developed communication ability and drafting skills for Policy & Procedures.
