Our client, a top US firm in the Middle East, with offices in the UAE and Saudi are looking to hire a mid to senior level associate for their team in Dubai. The incumbent has to work on (upstream to downstream) transaction projects in the petroleum industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of junior lawyers and to take a leading role on assets and corporate acquisitions.
- Take a leading role on assets and corporate acquisitions and common development agreements (PSCs, JOAs, FOAs, GSAs, GTAs, EPCs) with limited partner supervision.
Requirements:
- University degree in Law.
- At least 5 - 7 years of experience as a senior associate in a law firm.
